All I can say is WOW!Our family hired AGT Carpentry to perform some other projects for us, and the work done was absolutely perfect. 
Mauricio and his team were very professional, listened to us, and delivered great work.We hired Mauricio to convert a wall-to-wall closet in to a built in with shelves and drawers to display mementos from my military days in the "office" we converted from a bedroom.  
Mauricio listened to what I envisioned as the final product and what my desires were.   Within a few hours I received a draft plan of what was to become reality, and absolutely loved what he did.We booked him and his team to build the project, and they got.to work building up the shelves and drawers, and within a few weeks were ready to install.Within a few days, the built-in project was complete, and I had a place to put all my mementos and pictures.Mauricio and his team were absolutely wonderful.   Their work was perfect, the team was polite, on time and professional, and the project was done ahead of schedule.If I could give Mauricio 6 or 7 stars I would. From start to finish, the customer experience was top-notch and left us impressed in every way.AGT is the real deal when it comes to custom cabinetry, built-ins, and trim work.  We had a very extensive multi-room project which involved a 12 ft. wide custom entertainment built-in in our family room, custom corner fireplace (featuring a custom mantle and 9 ft. beams, brick encasing, shiplap, lighting, and a frame TV), and board and batten trim wrapping our entire main level living space including our kitchen area.  We showed Mauricio our vision for the space prior to kicking off the project and he not only nailed it - but he exceeded our expectations.What really stood out was their communication. They kept us in the loop every step of the way. No guesswork or uncertainty. They understood our needs, were extremely detail oriented, and walked us through each specific piece of the project and how it would all come together for the premier final finished product.  Throughout the design and installation process Mauricio went above and beyond communicating on specific measurements of each part of the built-in, LED lighting preferences, outlet placement, etc. and provided multiple wood stain samples for the shelving/custom mantle until each piece of the project was dialed in exactly how we wanted it.AGT is simply wonderful to work with.  You can truly tell that AGT is not satisfied until the customer is satisfied which is a very rare find in this industry. Mauricio is very passionate about what he does, and it shines through in his work.  He goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly the final product you were looking for (and in our case – even better than what we originally envisioned).From a homeowner's perspective, we can't recommend AGT Carpentry enough. If i could i would give them 10 stars.  This company is the best. they are very professional and do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.  They are on time and clean up after themselves every day.  The owner is great to work with. He will answer all your questions and guide you through the process. I am so glad I pick them for my project. I will be reaching out to the next year for my next project. I had Waynes coding done in my family room and up the stairs. Plus, under my kitchen island. I also had shadow boxes done in my hall and dining room along with cabinets installed in my laundry room.Please use this company because they are the best and you will not be sorry. After reading all the wonderful reviews online, I decided to contact Mauricio to do work on our new home. Best idea ever!!! He and his crew installed crown molding in the living room and dining room, built a custom surround for the brick fireplace and repaired a section of cracked drywall. All the work is absolutely flawless. The corners where the molding meets is seamless and the painting is perfect. Mauricio is so pleasant, always with a big smile and he and his crew were prompt and considerate of our home leaving everything spotless. I can’t say enough good things and plan to call them for more projects I have in mind.

Mauricio built and installed two customized units for our home. The unit for our mudroom was a challenging one due to the space, but he listened to my ideas and was able to make it a reality. I just needed two walls (approximately 30 linear feet) framed (no drywall) and an interior door (30 inch) replaced with a wider one (36 inch) in an unfinished room in our basement. Almost everyone that I contacted never got back in touch with me after they got details of my project. 
The ones that did get back to me provided extremely high estimates. Mauricio gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to squeeze my project in between a couple of larger jobs that had materials delayed. Mauricio and his crew did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the work.

I had made several phone calls to different companies asking about converting a closet into a pantry and I was told by each and every company that I called that the job was too small and they were not interested until I called AGT Carpentry. I spoke with Mauricio and I told him what I wanted to have done and yes I agree it was a small job he had informed me that he was very busy but he would fit me in and do the job. He custom built the sliding shelves for my daughters pantry and installed them and we could not be more happy.
This is exactly what my daughter wanted for her new home. I highly recommend AGT Carpentry. They did an amazing job in a timely manner. And to all the other shops out there that I called just remember it was those small jobs  that built your business.

See my update review below the original....!I made calls to several contractors in my area and even those that were listed in our HOA’s recommended contractors list. Of these “recommended” contractors, none seemed at all interested in coming out to look at the situation to give a quote. Most of these contractors said the whole door, 
frame and all would probably need to be replaced, which would have been a very expensive proposition.I called AGT Carpentry and mentioned my problem with Mauricio, we agreed for a time for him to come out to look at the door. He showed up on time and upon looking at the problem said that I didn’t need a new door, and that portions of the frame and molding could be replaced and painted. He even told me that the door had not been manufactured properly with pressure treated lumber, thus the reason for the rotting wood at the base of the door. He was very knowledgeable. 
He said it could be repaired, gave me a quote, which was very reasonable and way less then it would have cost to replace it, saving me a hundreds and hundreds of dollars. He gave me a date and time that he and his crew could be there to perform the repairs and on that day he and his crew showed up on time, with all the necessary materials, pressure treated lumber and paint. 
They were very professional and organized and in less then six hours I had totally repaired and painted door.
 I am very happy with the results and will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.Update:As I mentioned in my first review, AGT was on time and professional.They did the job perfectly. The only issue was that I was told they would have to return in the fall to paint the safety rail. When I first contacted Mauricio, he said he'd be out sometime the following week. That was in August. When he did'nt show I texted him and that was when he informed me that he was sorry but he had immediate health issue and would not be available to complete the job. I mentioned that I had paid him for the complete task. He graciously refunded me a portion of the total payment so I could hire someone else to complete the painting. I was pleased and told him that I hoped that his health would get better. 
He's an honest business man.

Mauricio, Samy, and all other crew were fabulous to work with! This was our families first remodeling and of course I had some nervousness. Mauricio quickly put me at ease because communication is always his a priority.  He is fantastic at responding to questions and keeping me informed me about the process and schedule of our kitchen remodel, whether it be the next step or time of arrival. He was able to problem solve any scheduling hiccups quickly and kept in contact daily by email/text. 
He sincerely wanted the kitchen to be to our liking and to his professional standards.

Hiring AGT Carpentry was the best decision we have made thus far in our new home. We were converting a front entry living room into a home office. Mauricio helped us plan the design and worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the progress of our new office. Mauricio and his team designed and built beautiful wall-to-wall built-in bookshelves and an entryway door and transom. The craftmanship is far beyond what any handyman could pull off. 
He is a true master carpenter. He consulted with us at each stage to be sure we were all on the same page with the direction of the project. 
Mauricio was polite and knowledgeable when answering my many questions while working through various options until I was happy with each decision. 
The work was done in a timely manner and the crew was polite and very tidy. There were no surprises and I did not have to ask them to fix or redo anything. 
If you have every worked with contractors, you know this is a huge testament to AGT’s quality. I highly recommend AGT Carpentry. In fact, I have already hired them back for another project.
